Brad Cohen balances extensive real estate market knowledge and expertise with personality and a fun-loving approach to provide his clients with a simply better buying and selling experience.
His charm and wit are complemented by honesty and a true desire to help people. He is a self-proclaimed “terrible salesman, but a great counselor”, who earns the trust and respect of his clients through direct communication in even the most stressful circumstances.
Building upon a background in property management, Brad burst onto the local real estate scene in 2016 as a top producing sales agent, with nearly 30 closed transactions in the first year and was awarded Rookie of the Year for Harrisonburg-Rockingham Association of Realtors®. He has been a Virginia Realtors® Spotlighted Member and has since grown his business annually and recorded over $19 Million in sales in 2022. To date, he has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals, and averages more than 50 transactions per year.
His passion for real estate and never-ending desire to learn lead to him pursuing his Broker license, the Graduate, Realtor**® Institute, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, and Pricing Strategy Advisor designations as well as masters level coursework in real estate finance, law, and appraisals. He values growth and innovation and wants to do real estate differently and better than it has ever been done in the Valley.
Brad is deeply ingrained in the Harrisonburg community as a graduate of James Madison University, a proud member of the Rockingham Rotary Club, and frequenter of Downtown restaurants and community events. He is a supporter of several local non-profits such as On the Road Collaborative, Harrisonburg Downtown Renaissance, and Any Given Child. He is a dog-dad and enjoys golf, spending time with friends, good bourbon, and the regular jump out of a perfectly good airplane.
